Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadRecover, a lead-response and business-management platform for local service businesses operated by Angel Calderon ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using LeadRecover, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeadRecover helps local service businesses respond to inbound leads automatically. The service includes an AI assistant that can respond to visitors on your website (via an embeddable widget) and draft or send follow-up communications, a dashboard for managing leads and conversations, and related account and billing tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Access to LeadRecover is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current packages and pricing are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's own terms governing the payment method you provide.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account (Settings → Billing → Manage Billing). If you cancel, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period — we do not provide partial-period refunds for a cancellation taken mid-period, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadRecover to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content through the platform or the AI assistant;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to LeadRecover's systems or another customer's data;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the embeddable widget, API endpoints, or rate-limiting protections; or
• Use the service to collect personal information from individuals without a lawful basis for doing so.

5. Acceptable Use Rules

• You will use LeadRecover only for lawful business purposes.
• You will contact only leads you are legally permitted to contact.
• You will not send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, impersonation, or illegal content.
• Messages you send through LeadRecover must identify the sender and provide a working opt-out where required by law.
• You will honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.
• You will not upload health records, financial account data, government IDs, children's data, or other highly sensitive information to LeadRecover.
• You will not use LeadRecover in a discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, or security-threatening manner.
• You are responsible for your message content and for your own compliance with applicable law.
• We may suspend your access for abuse, security threats, or violations of these rules.
• Beta features may change at any time and are provided without guaranteed availability.
• Subscription cancellation remains governed by Section 3 and Stripe's billing portal; access continues through the cancellation date shown there.
• Privacy or deletion requests are handled manually — contact leadrecoveraiofficial@gmail.com.

6. AI-Generated Content

LeadRecover's AI assistant is configured using the information you provide about your business (services, hours, policies, and instructions) and does not invent or assert facts you have not configured. Even so, AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fully aligned with your intentions. You are responsible for reviewing your business configuration and for how the AI assistant is used to communicate with your leads, and for any communications you personally review and approve before they are sent, where the product provides that review step.

7. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the business information, lead data, and other content you submit to LeadRecover ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the service to you, including sending relevant portions of it to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for any Customer Data you submit, including lead information collected through your own website.

8. Third-Party Services

LeadRecover relies on third-party providers to operate, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of LeadRecover is also subject to the applicable terms and acceptable-use policies of those providers where they interact directly with you (for example, Stripe's checkout and billing portal).

9. Intellectual Property

LeadRecover and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to display the embeddable widget on your own website as intended.

10. Termination

You may stop using LeadRecover and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 4, or if required to do so by law.

11. Disclaimers

LeadRecover is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any lead generated or qualified through the AI assistant will result in business for you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of LeadRecover, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of LeadRecover will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the LeadRecover dashboard or by email. Continued use of LeadRecover after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
